| What are your shipping prices? |

The price to ship varies with what type of product and the quantity you are ordering. We use advanced algorithms to calculate shipping costs to ensure that you aren't being overcharged.
Canadian orders over $100.00 receive free shipping, and US orders over $100.00 receive a 50% discount. Applies only to regular parcel service.

| What kind of packaging do you use? |
|
For small orders we use a high quality padded envelope which has a high durability. For larger orders we use standard size boxes that are packed carefully and padded appropriately to ensure the safety of your order.
All comics are bagged and boarded for their protection.
If for some reason your order arrives damaged, please and we will be more than happy to work out a solution.

| When will my order ship? |
|
Orders containing items that are in-stock are shipped on the following Thursday of every week. Due to the nature of pre-order items, they can not be shipped until the publisher sends them to us first, which we will then ship to you on the following Thursday.
If your order contains in-stock items and pre-order items we will ship the in-stock items first, then ship the pre-order items when they arrive.
