| What is a pre-order? |

Pre-order are products that are in the current Previews Catalogue but they dont ship from the distributer for 2-4 months. It is a way to guarantee receiving an up-coming product that may sell-out quickly. We ship them out to you as soon as we receive them.

| What is a Previews Catalogue? |
|
|
Previews is the catalogue of Diamond Distributing; the mother of all comic distributing. These catalogues are awesome and contain thousands of soon to be released products.
They contain virutally every new comic, comic item, toys, poster, hard to find japanime dvd's, action figures, and games.

| What is a subscription? |

A subscription is an order to receive one issue of a particular title as it comes out, usually monthly.
This is a guaranteed way to never miss an issue of your favourite titles.
Subscriptions are priced cheaper than "off the shelf comics".

| How does a subscription work? |
|
|
When you sign up for a subscription, you not only receive a lower price on your comics; all shipping is paid up front. So you can sit back and receive your books once a month
automatically with no hassle. You will receive an email notice 2 months before you subscription runs out so you can renew it without missing an issue.

| What is a Trade Paperback (TPB or TP)? |
|
|
Trade Papberbacks are a single unit reprinting of previously released comic books with a soft cover.
They usually contain a single story arc containing a collection of related comics.
They are becoming the best and most economical way to buy great comics stories.

| What is a Graphic Novel (GN)? |
|
|
Graphic Novels are original books of original art and stories. Often they are more elaborated and are a self contained story.

| What are back issues? |
|
|
Back issue is a term used in comic collecting that referes to any comic issue that isn't current. So whether a comic came last year or in 1965 falls under the term of back issue.

| I tried to order and received a high risk notice. What does this mean? |
|

Thanks to our alien Shi'ar technology, if an order over a certain amount is being shipped to an address other than your billing address, we are notified before this purchase is cleared.
You will be contacted by Sasquatch at the phone number on file to insure this is a legitimate purchase.

| How do returns work? |
|
Contact Sasquatch Comics at and describe your problem and why you wish to return the product. Be sure to include the order number in the message of the email.
We sell hundreds of different products and will accept returns on most if they are damaged.
Details will be worked out via e-mail. For example: you received a damaged comic, simply contact us and we will get you to mail us just the cover of the damage product
and we will send you a new one free of charge.
